Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

           Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you face issues in the items received, you may return it for exchange. Please see below for more important information on our return policy.

RETURNS

       All returns must be postmarked/ intimated through email within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Invalid Return reasons like Color issues, Designs issues, Customer remorse, Change of mind return requests are not accepted. The following evidence/ proofs that prove the issue must be furnished to get approval of the return request, 

 

  • Buyers must record a full and clear video of the unpacking process from the moment the parcel is received until the product is fully unboxed.

  • This unpacking video serves as mandatory proof in case of any damage, missing items, or product issues upon delivery.

  • Returns and replacements will only be approved if the unpacking video clearly shows the problem at the time of delivery.

  • Without a valid unpacking video, Bebris.in will not accept or process any return or replacement claims.

  • The video should be unaltered, continuous, and clearly show the shipping label and product condition from all the angles.

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, design or color preference, or customer remorse. Please review all product details, descriptions, and images carefully before placing your order. Returns are only accepted in cases of genuine product defects, wrong items received, or damage during delivery.

RETURN PROCESS

            To return an item, please email customer service at bebrisgroup@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Everything including the outer package and Tags, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid by the company or the buyer basis on the nature of the issue in the Delivered Items. and or reimbursed by us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The following items cannot be returned: ● Consumables, Video Games, Screen guards, screen protectors and tempered glasses, Software, Wax candles, Wall stickers, Pet Food, Pet Shampoos and Conditioners, Pest Control, harnesses, aquarium supplies and Pet Grooming Aids, All Cleaning, Painting & Decor supplies (like mops/brooms, dustpans, paints, brushes, wallpapers, wall paintings etc.), All inner apparel, socks, gym supporters, guards, swimsuits, Beauty, Personal Care Appliances: Oral Care Products and Appliances, Grocery & Gourmet, Men & Women innerwear, Men's Vests, Women's Lingerie, Swimwear, Socks & hosiery, Customizable Products and orders For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
